Follow up with Coaching


At the core of your Business Coaching Program is the regular phone coaching sessions to implement your business development strategies. Depending on the program selected, your program can include:

• 1 x coaching, strategy implementation and goal setting session each week with the business owner / manager each up to an hours duration.

• 1 x in-house workshop or training seminar customised to your needs on selling, using sales scripts, team building, customer service, marketing or other specific content that you and your coach develop each 2 months and each up to 3 hours duration.

• Up to 5 hours per month critique time for your Marketing, Systems, Logistics or Team Building pieces.

• Supplier/ Vendor Consultations.
• Complimentary DISC evaluations.
• Unlimited coach contact (Fax, email, calls).
• Templates and systems.
• Complimentary Planning Day attendance.
• Access to your Coaches Library.
